  • Review desired net amount of money as well as time frame in which to sell
  • Review a comparative Market analysis fore closely.

  • Preview the competition so you know if you are priced accurately
  • Understand “Average Days on Market” for your competition so you have reasonable expectations

    Well said in a nutshell. Homes are selling here, but they are the ones that are well priced. Agents need to be hones and Sellers need to be willing to hear the truth!
