Chicken Soup for the Real Estate Soul

I would contend that it is ailing, a little sick if you will.

What it needs is some Chicken Soup!

Where can we find a recipe , some tips, that will improve the housing market health in Greater Phoenix and Maricopa County.

Here are some ingredients.

  • Remember why you buy a home first – place to live and raise your family, place to live and raise your family, place to live and raise your family
  • Lower interest rates – lower interest rates seem to be inevitable and should boost housing as people can buy he same house for less
  • Lower home prices – this will be the most important ingredient; people always want to buy when they feel they are getting a ‘deal’ think Blue-Light Special.
  • Something else in the news – gosh, is anything else going on the world besides, the housing crisis and the sub-prime meltdown.
  • Election year behind us – even though we have no idea whether a Democrat or a Republican actually be better for real estate, we think waiting to find out who is important

These may not be 100% cures, however, they will prove a very effective way to combat some symptoms of what is ailing the real estate market

Now,… I have been in the kitchen, day in , day out, working, thinking and trying to discover the cure for the real estate market.
