There are roughly 60,000 homes for sale in the greater Phoenix area (Maricopa County) if you include the AZ regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) , For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and foreclosure sales.

Again, if you are looking for a home, it is always wise to start doing your own research by looking at the vast amount of information on line.

However, there is no replacement for speaking with and asking the opinions of at least one, if not 2 industry professional, mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys and/or Phoenix real estate agents.
